By booking a travel package with Tourist Point, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent travel experience for all our valued customers.

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.

A booking will be confirmed only after receipt of 50% advance payment as communicated during package discussion.

Upon confirmation, you will receive a formal booking voucher via email or WhatsApp.

Payments

50% advance is required at the time of booking to initiate hotel, transport, and 100% advance for activity arrangements.

The remaining balance must be paid before the trip start date or as per the booking confirmation voucher.

All payments must be made through approved channels: UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash (with receipt).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).

Amendments / Date Change

Changes to travel dates are subject to availability and additional charges (if applicable).

Any amendments must be requested at least 15 days prior to travel.

Travel Documents

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure valid ID proofs, travel permits, or documents (especially for restricted areas like Kashmir, Leh, North-East, etc.).

Tourist Point will assist but holds no liability for rejected entries due to document issues.

Liability Disclaimer

Tourist Point acts as an agent between the customer and service providers (hotels, transport, guides, etc.).

We are not liable for delays, damages, natural calamities, strikes, or any unforeseen situations.

In case of any service failure, we will try our best to provide alternate arrangements but no compensation shall be offered beyond our control.

Behavior & Discipline

Travelers are expected to maintain discipline and follow local laws.

Any damage to property (hotel/vehicle) will be borne by the traveler.

Complaints & Feedback

Any issue during the trip should be immediately reported to our customer service team.

Feedback can be shared post-trip, and we will respond within 48 hours.

Use of Photos & Videos

Tourist Point may use photos/videos clicked during the trip for promotional purposes unless the traveler objects in writing.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Sundernagar.
